We always need help around the church and anybody of all ages is welcome to come on over and see what there is to do...

Veterans Home Outreach -  The Charlotte Hall Veteran's Home conducts a volunteer-led church service each Sunday at 2:00PM, and is in need of help. We are trying to organize an All Faith Church team of volunteers to support this event. All we need is one person to attend per week (1:30 til 3:00) to help bring the folks down to the service. We have 3 team members but need more. A sign-up sheet has been posted on the bulletin board in the church if you would like to serve. Lay Readers - Adults and teens who assist during worship services by reading the Scriptures. No training required.

Acolytes - Young people who assist the minister during the services. Training provided upon request.

Ushers -  ushers welcome guests and parishioners, hand out bulletins, and assist with the offering.

Altar Guild - parishioners who arrange for maintain the altar and arrange for flowers and candles.

Liturgical Lay Eucharistic Ministers - adults who serve the wine in the chalice during communion. Training provided upon request.

Contact the parish office or Alma Rawlings if you are interested in serving on the altar or becoming an usher.

Fellowship hosts - weekly after the 2nd service someone hosts "coffee hour" and makes coffee (provided) and purchases a snack to share with others. We take it in turns and rotate averaging on 4-5 times a year. If you wish to participate contact the parish office.

Annual Spring Cleanup - held annually 2 weeks before Easter, weather permitting. Call Jack Curtis for more information.

Decorating the church and hall - typically the Sunday before Christmas we decorate and "green" the church. The greens are removed the 2nd Sunday after Christmas. Help is always appreciated to help decorate or remove the greens. The more help we have the less time it takes.

Annual Fall Dinner - usually held the first Saturday in November. This is our largest fund raising event of the year. There are plenty of opportunities to help. Call Christine Meinhardt if you are able to help. 

Spring yard sale - we accept donations of gently used items. Receipts will be provided upon request.

Meal Team - we deliver a meal(s) to parishioners that are recovering from surgery or have a loved one in hospital. For more information contact Alma Rawlings or the parish office.

Sunday school or VBS - older teens or their moms/dads that are interested in helping out as Sunday school teachers or assistants please contact Alma Rawlings.

Pastoral Care Team - those interested in helping send care cards or visiting the "house bound" at home or the Veterans Home please contact Alma Rawlings.
